EU-OSHA recognises leading examples of preventing musculoskeletal disorders at work. The winners comprise eight companies and organisations across Europe in sectors ranging from healthcare to metalwork.
Employers and workers collaborated to implement sustainable and transferable occupational safety and health management approaches that improve musculoskeletal health, such as wearable exoskeletons or innovative operating methods. Eight more organisations were commended.
The 2020-22 competition took place during the ongoing Healthy Workplaces Lighten the Load campaign. The Good Practice Awards demonstrate the benefits of good safety and health in the workplace by sharing and promoting best practices.
